Effective: October 1, 2026 Last updated: October 1, 2026 Package: com.lenatekyazilim.adimpro

1. Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to AdımPro: Step Counter (the “App”), related support services, privacy requests and this privacy webpage. The App is developed and operated by Lenatek Yazılım Medya Limited Şirketi (“Lenatek”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

AdımPro is a step-counting and activity-tracking utility designed to record daily movement using supported device sensors, display estimated distance and calorie expenditure, provide daily, weekly and monthly activity statistics, and let users set personal daily step goals.

The current Google Play listing states that activity data is stored locally on the user's device.

Current Google Play disclosure: The current public Data Safety section states that the App may collect Location, Health and fitness and two additional data categories; may share Location and Device or other IDs with third parties; currently states that data is not encrypted; and currently states that data cannot be deleted through the declared Data Safety mechanism. This Policy is drafted to remain consistent with that disclosure.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

AdımPro is a general wellness and activity-tracking application, not a medical device.

Step counts, distance values and calorie expenditure shown by the App are estimates based on device sensors, device behavior, user movement and calculation methods. They are not clinical measurements.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor a disease or medical condition and should not be relied on for medical decisions.

Actual energy expenditure varies based on factors such as body composition, walking speed, terrain, stride, fitness level, device placement and sensor accuracy.

If you have medical concerns, exercise restrictions or symptoms during physical activity, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Local Activity Data Storage

Ordinary activity history is designed to remain on the device. The current Play listing states that activity data is stored locally.

Local information may include daily step counts, estimated distance, estimated calories, personal step goals, daily/weekly/monthly history and App preferences.

Local processing reduces the need to transmit ordinary activity history to Lenatek simply to show your progress charts or goal completion.

Local storage does not mean the App never connects to the internet. Advertising, Google Play services, in-app purchases, consent management and technical SDKs may use separate network communication.

5. Step Counting

AdımPro uses supported Android/device sensor information to estimate how many steps you take.

Depending on the device and Android version, step counting may rely on a hardware step counter, step detector, motion sensor or a combination of supported system capabilities.

Step counts can differ from another phone, smartwatch or fitness device because different products use different hardware and algorithms.

Carrying position, device power-saving settings, sensor quality, vehicle movement or unusual motion can affect results.

6. Motion and Activity Sensors

The App may process motion-related sensor signals while step tracking is enabled in order to detect walking movement.

Sensor processing may include step-counter values, step-detector events, accelerometer-related movement or similar device-provided activity signals supported by the current implementation.

Motion data is intended for step/activity tracking. It is not intended to infer unrelated sensitive characteristics or secretly monitor conversations, messages or other App content.

7. Distance Estimates

The App may estimate distance traveled from step count and available calculation parameters.

Unless the current version explicitly uses a separate route/location feature, displayed distance should be understood as an estimate rather than GPS route tracking.

Stride length, walking pattern, device placement and sensor errors can make the estimate differ from the actual distance traveled.

8. Estimated Calorie Expenditure

AdımPro may estimate calories burned based on recorded activity and available calculation inputs.

Calorie values are estimates. They should not be interpreted as a laboratory measurement, metabolic test or medically verified energy-expenditure value.

The same number of steps can produce different actual energy expenditure for different people. Do not use the App's calorie estimate as the sole basis for medical nutrition, weight-management or treatment decisions.

9. Personal Daily Step Goals

The App allows you to set a personal daily step goal and view progress toward that goal.

Your chosen target and completion percentage may be stored locally as part of your activity settings.

A step goal is a motivational tool and is not a personalized exercise prescription. Appropriate activity levels can vary by age, health, disability, pregnancy, fitness level and medical advice.

10. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Statistics

AdımPro may organize locally stored activity information into daily, weekly and monthly summaries and charts.

Statistics can include step totals, estimated distance, estimated calories and goal progress.

These summaries are intended to help you observe movement patterns over time. They are not a clinical fitness assessment.

11. Background Operation and Battery Optimization

The current store listing states that AdımPro is designed to track steps efficiently in the background.

Depending on Android version and implementation, the App may use sensor listeners, background processing or foreground-service functionality permitted by Android so activity can continue to be recorded when the App is not visibly open.

Android battery optimization, manufacturer-specific power management, force-stopping the App or disabling required permissions may reduce background step-count accuracy.

Battery impact varies by device, Android version, sensor hardware and usage.

12. Device Permissions and Access

Depending on Android version and the production implementation, AdımPro may request or use access related to:

  • Physical activity / activity recognition: to detect or count steps where Android requires permission;
  • Motion sensors: to process supported step or movement signals;
  • Notifications: where needed for activity status, reminders or an Android foreground-service notification;
  • Internet/network access: for advertising, Google Play Billing, diagnostics and enabled online technical services;
  • Other narrowly scoped Android access: only where necessary for a disclosed App feature.

You can review and revoke permissions in Android settings. Revoking activity-related access may prevent step tracking from functioning correctly.

13. Advertising

The current Google Play listing indicates that AdımPro contains advertising. Advertising providers may process information needed to deliver, measure, limit and protect advertisements.

This may include:

  • advertising identifiers or similar app/device identifiers;
  • IP address and approximate location derived from network information;
  • device model, Android version, language and App version;
  • ad impressions, clicks and other ad interactions;
  • fraud-prevention and security signals;
  • consent state and advertising/privacy choices.
Health/fitness-data separation: We do not intentionally provide your locally stored step history, activity charts, personal step target, estimated distance or estimated calories to advertising providers merely because an advertisement is displayed.

Where required by law or platform rules, consent may be requested before personalized advertising or certain identifier-based processing occurs.

14. In-App Purchases

Google Play currently indicates that the App offers in-app purchases.

Google Play processes the underlying payment method. Lenatek does not receive your full payment-card number, Google account password or banking credentials.

Limited purchase information such as a product/subscription ID, purchase token, transaction/order identifier, receipt status or entitlement state may be processed as needed to verify or restore a purchase.

15. Location Information and Device Identifiers

Step counting does not require AdımPro to continuously track your precise GPS position. However, the current Google Play Data Safety disclosure states that Location and Device or other IDs may be collected or shared with third parties.

Depending on enabled SDKs and services, this may include:

  • approximate location inferred from IP address;
  • advertising identifiers;
  • app instance or device/app identifiers;
  • technical identifiers used for advertising measurement, security or fraud prevention;
  • other SDK-related information consistent with the current Data Safety disclosure.

The App does not need continuous precise physical-location monitoring merely to count steps using device sensors.

16. Diagnostics, Crash Reporting and App Performance

Depending on technical services enabled in the App, limited diagnostic information may be processed to investigate crashes, background-tracking failures, sensor problems or compatibility issues.

This can include:

  • App and Android version;
  • device model and sensor availability;
  • crash and exception information;
  • ANR/freeze information;
  • step-tracking or background-service errors;
  • billing/entitlement technical errors where purchases are enabled;
  • technical events and pseudonymous identifiers.

Diagnostic services should not require your complete local activity history merely to report a technical crash.

17. When Information May Be Shared

Depending on App version and enabled services, information may be shared with:

  • Advertising providers for ad delivery, measurement, consent handling and fraud prevention;
  • Google Play / Google Play Billing for distribution, purchases and platform functionality;
  • Technical/diagnostic providers where crash or performance services are enabled;
  • Authorities or professional advisers where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security;
  • A successor organization if the App or related business is transferred, merged, acquired or reorganized.

We do not intentionally sell your locally stored step/activity history as a standalone commercial health-data product.

18. Data Retention

Locally stored step history, statistics, goals and preferences may remain on your device until you clear them, clear App storage or uninstall the App.

Advertising, Google Play and technical providers may apply their own retention periods to identifiers, transaction records or technical information they independently process.

Privacy/support communications sent directly to us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and document compliance.

19. Security and Encryption

The App is designed to keep ordinary activity history locally on the device.

The current Google Play Data Safety disclosure states that data is not encrypted. For that reason, this Policy does not claim that every item of data handled by every SDK, network request, purchase flow or third-party provider is always encrypted in every circumstance.

Protect your device with an appropriate screen lock, keep Android updated and avoid giving untrusted apps access to your device or backups.

20. Children’s Privacy

Google Play currently lists AdımPro as suitable for all ages. The App is a general wellness/activity utility and is not intended to request unnecessary personal information from children.

Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of activity tracking and in-app purchases where appropriate.

Activity and calorie estimates should not be used to impose unsafe exercise or diet targets on children.

21. International Data Transfers

Advertising, billing, platform or technical service providers may operate in countries different from your country of residence. Information processed by those services may therefore be transferred or processed internationally.

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards, appropriate legal or contractual mechanisms may be used.

22. Your Privacy Controls and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding identifiable personal information, including access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where legally applicable.

You can also control much of the App's local information by:

  • changing your daily step target;
  • revoking physical-activity permissions;
  • managing notification settings;
  • managing Android advertising/privacy settings;
  • clearing App storage or uninstalling AdımPro;
  • using the privacy-request form below.

23. Privacy Requests

24. Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers

Depending on App version, region and enabled functionality, AdımPro may interact with third-party services used for Android distribution, advertising, billing, consent management, diagnostics or other technical functions.

These can include categories such as:

  • Google Play / Android system services for distribution, permissions and platform functionality;
  • Google Play Billing where an in-app purchase is offered;
  • Advertising providers where ads are enabled;
  • Consent-management providers where required for advertising/privacy choices;
  • Technical/crash-reporting providers where such services are enabled.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies when acting independently.

26. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if AdımPro's activity-tracking features, permissions, sensors, SDKs, advertising setup, billing, data practices, legal requirements or app-store rules change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when this Policy changes. If the App later introduces Health Connect, wearable integration, cloud synchronization, user accounts, GPS route tracking, social features or server-side health-data storage, this Policy and the relevant store declarations should be updated before or when those features become available.
