Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement
By accessing or using this website (lenatekyazilim.com), customer portals, mobile applications, and digital services provided by LenaTek Medya Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“LenaTek Software” or “Company”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our platforms.
1. Definitions and Scope of Service
Company: LenaTek Medya Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş.
User/Client: Any natural or legal person visiting, registering, or purchasing products/services (ready-made mobile applications, turn-key games, web software, ASO services, cloud hosting, etc.) from LenaTek Software platforms.
Services: Web applications, turn-key mobile apps and game licensing, Play Store & App Store ASO campaigns, Xcode/software build configurations, and cloud server infrastructure offered by the Company.
Company: LenaTek Medya Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş.
User/Client: Any natural or legal person visiting, registering, or purchasing products/services (ready-made mobile applications, turn-key games, web software, ASO services, cloud hosting, etc.) from LenaTek Software platforms.
Services: Web applications, turn-key mobile apps and game licensing, Play Store & App Store ASO campaigns, Xcode/software build configurations, and cloud server infrastructure offered by the Company.
2. Service Usage and Account Security
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration on the customer portal is accurate and up to date.
Users are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. LenaTek Software shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to user accounts.
Utilizing the provided software and server infrastructure for illicit activities (including spam email dissemination, copyright infringement, hosting malicious software, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing Rights
All web applications, mobile software, source code, designs, logos, and written assets developed by LenaTek Software remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Purchased turn-key mobile applications, games, or web software grant the user non-exclusive operational usage rights restricted to the agreed licensing scope. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
All web applications, mobile software, source code, designs, logos, and written assets developed by LenaTek Software remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Purchased turn-key mobile applications, games, or web software grant the user non-exclusive operational usage rights restricted to the agreed licensing scope. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment, Delivery, and Cancellation Terms
Service fees are collected based on the pricing displayed during the checkout or contract phase.
Due to the digital nature of immediate deployment for software products (source code files, turn-key app packages) and tailored services (ASO setups, custom server deployments), purchases are non-refundable under applicable statutory digital download exceptions.
Renewal fees for hosting and recurring maintenance services must be settled promptly. Failure to remit payments on schedule may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Disruptions and Limitation of Liability
LenaTek Software aims to deliver uninterrupted service via its redundant cloud infrastructure located at Türk Telekom's Gayrettepe Data Center. However, the Company cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from temporary disruptions due to force majeure events, global internet backbone failures, or scheduled maintenance.
Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data (unless specialized data backup services are explicitly commissioned from the Company).
LenaTek Software aims to deliver uninterrupted service via its redundant cloud infrastructure located at Türk Telekom's Gayrettepe Data Center. However, the Company cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from temporary disruptions due to force majeure events, global internet backbone failures, or scheduled maintenance.
Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data (unless specialized data backup services are explicitly commissioned from the Company).
6. Modifications and Governing Jurisdiction
LenaTek Software reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Any legal disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey.
